These tips will guide you in making more informed food choices. I'll share the latest science and inform you of the marketing nonsense that has had many of us putting on weight and causing inflammation and disease.
Wellbeing Wednesdays
Nurture your body, mind, and soul.
Midweek is the perfect time to check in with yourself and prioritize your overall wellbeing. Wellbeing Wednesdays will cover a wide range of topics, including stress management, self-care routines, and mental health practices. We will also cover social and emotional health. Sleep Sundays
Prepare for the week ahead with restful and rejuvenating sleep.
Sleep is a cornerstone of good health, yet many of us struggle with getting enough quality rest. With Sunday evening being recorded as people’s worst night sleep.
Lots of worrying about the week ahead, no doubt. Sleep Sundays will go through sleep hygiene 101, create a bedtime routine, and understand the science of sleep. By focusing on both your bedroom environment and mindset you will establish healthier sleep patterns and wake up feeling more refreshed.
